The details are important to us!
Hot water you can depend on.
We specialize in Rinnai water heating systems.
Residential and commercial
Rinnai has a fantastic residential and commercial product lineup. For us, specializing in this one brand allowed us to develop unparalleled expertise.
One unwavering objective: Hot Water.
Our goal is to get you hot water.
Sometimes that can mean loaning you a tankless unit until yours gets the parts or repairs it needs.
Factory warranty stays with Rinnai. Register the unit with them for the manufacturer coverage. We still back the workmanship for one year — and we stock units so you are not waiting on a claim to get hot water back.

From Tank to Tankless:
Tired of lukewarm showers?
A tankless unit produces far more hot water than your old tank water heater.
A 199k btu unit can produce approximately 390 gallons per hour.
Annual Maintenance
In Southern California, hard water does tend to cause scale buildup over time.
An annual flush and maintenance helps extend the life and performance of your tankless water heater.
Restaurants, multifamily apartment buildings, hotels, laundromats...
With decades of experience in commercial work, let us help you with hot water, temperature fluctuations, or pressure issues, or just modernizing your hot water production.
All of Southern California.

Straight answers.
Do you come the same day?
We work by appointment. Call and tell us your issues. If we can help you reset or troubleshoot over the phone, we will.
How long does an install take?
Tank-to-tankless retrofits are one day installations. Unless it's a large scale commercial installation, most tankless installs are only 4 to 6 hours.
What do you need from me?
Address, photos of the current unit and the gas meter if you have them. The best photos are from far enough back that we can see and identify the piping attached to your current system.
What's important to us is the location of the water, venting, gas piping, and electricity, and the number of fixtures in the structure. Most of these questions can be answered over a short phone call.
Is this only Rinnai?
We specialize in Rinnai units for hot water production, but we do install other brands and components.
Do you do recirculation?
Yes. We specialize in recirculation systems. We like to use Grundfos recirculation pumps because of their reliability and high quality. We also troubleshoot and repair recirculation systems in residential and commercial settings.
Why is there no price on the form?
Every home is built in different locations, with different dimensions and characteristics. Pricing can be different depending on the size of the system, the type of recirculation or venting, or the equipment needed.
What about the Rinnai warranty?
Rinnai has a limited parts and labor warranty, and we are happy to work that system if you don't mind the wait. The factory program is not built for emergency service. Replacement parts can take days to arrive.
If you want the unit running today, we usually have the common parts in stock or close by. There is a reasonable markup on those parts. Warranty work also means a return trip, so there is a second labor charge when the part shows up.
On some jobs the wait is worth it — a heat exchanger is a good example. On a gas valve or a fan, it is usually better to buy the part at retail and finish the repair in one trip.
Do you pull permits?
Installations and major repairs will always be permitted and inspected.
