Eligible units

Service plans cover Rinnai tankless water heaters only. We service every make and model, but the monthly plan is for Rinnai tankless systems.

One specific unit

Each plan covers one specific Rinnai tankless unit — identified by its serial number and documented at your initial inspection. It doesn't cover the whole house; add a unit for every system you'd like covered.

Monthly billing

$30 per unit, billed automatically each month. Month-to-month — cancel anytime.

What's covered

Your monthly payment covers annual maintenance (flush, descale & inspection), priority scheduling, direct phone access to our techs, and member rates on all service — and it keeps your manufacturer warranty valid.

No overtime charges

Members pay the same rate any hour — call nights, weekends, or holidays with no after-hours or overtime premium.

Diagnostics & repairs

We diagnose the problem, then quote any repair (parts & labor) at member rates for your approval — your diagnostic fee is credited toward any repair we perform. Equipment replacements, pipe repairs, and permits are billed separately.

Fuel surcharge

A $50 fuel surcharge applies any time we dispatch a technician, to cover California fuel costs. Scheduled preventive maintenance has no surcharge.

Common questions

Which water heaters do the plans cover?
Rinnai tankless water heaters. We service every make and model on the repair side, but the monthly service plan is for Rinnai tankless systems only.
Is the plan for homes or businesses?
Both — it's $30/month per unit either way, plus $330 to start ($300 initiation + your first month). Add a unit for each additional Rinnai tankless system you'd like covered.
What's covered, and what's billed separately?
Your monthly payment covers annual maintenance (flush, descale & inspection), priority scheduling, phone access to our techs, member rates on all service, and no overtime charges. Do members pay overtime for nights or weekends?
No. As a member you pay the same rate any hour — nights, weekends, and holidays included — with no after-hours or overtime premium.
How do diagnostics and repairs work?
We come diagnose the problem, then quote any repair at member rates for your approval — nothing gets fixed without your okay. If you have us do the repair, your diagnostic fee is credited toward it.
What is the $50 fuel surcharge?
It applies per service call — any time you ask us to dispatch a technician — to cover fuel costs in California. Regularly scheduled maintenance visits have no surcharge.
Does the plan cover my whole house?
No — each plan covers one specific Rinnai tankless unit, identified by its serial number. At your initial inspection we record the serial number and document the unit's condition, so coverage is tied to that exact unit. Have more than one system? Add a plan for each.
What am I charged at signup?
$330 today — a $300 initiation (your first maintenance visit and inspection, where we document the unit's condition and record its serial number) plus your first month. Then $30/month per unit. Stripe bills the first month at checkout, which is why the first payment is $330.
What happens if I miss payments?
Your plan is active service you use — not a balance you build up. The value is the maintenance, priority, no-overtime, and member rates you get while you're a member. If a payment fails we'll email you to update your card and retry it automatically; if it stays unpaid the plan cancels. Once it lapses those benefits stop and any visit is billed at standard rates — so it pays to keep it active, especially before your annual service comes due. Restarting later means a new signup (initiation & inspection).
Can I cancel?
Yes — the plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
